It's safe to say I am a bit of a perfectionist and when it comes to cakes, I strive for nothing less than perfection. Your wedding day is such an important day for you both and I want your wedding cake to be the perfect centerpiece for that day.

Each cake is handcrafted by me from start to finish, using the finest ingredients possible to produce a cake that looks amazing and tastes equally good too. There is no bigger compliment I can receive than when a bride and groom still tell me years later that their guests still talk about "that wedding cake".

Sugar flowers are something I'm very passionate about and I believe that there is no better addition that can be made to a cake to push its design to the next level. These flowers are all handcrafted by myself which gives me the flexibility to create the flowers in your bouquet or colour match your colour scheme. If sugar flowers aren't your thing or you are leaning more towards a buttercream design, we can adorn your cake with real or silk flowers.

The journey of creating your wedding cake can be as hands-on as you want it to be. Some couples like to help design each tier down to the last detail with me. Others have a color scheme, and a few inspirational designs, and want to leave the design up to me. Either way, you have the final say and all couples will receive a sketch of their cake design for approval.
