About Me
Hi, I'm Katrina, the owner of Katrina's Bespoke Cakes. I live in Brampton Bierlow with my husband, daughter, and our miniature Schnauzer. I created Katrina's Bespoke cakes in 2019 after leaving my scientific career behind to dedicate my time to a career that makes me happy.
I have been making cakes for as long as I remember (thanks mum!) and love everything and anything creative. When it came to looking for the next step in my life, I knew I had to give cake designing a shot or I would forever wonder what could have been.
Making wedding cakes is my happy place. Not only do I get to design, create, bake, and decorate your dream wedding cakes, but I also get to be a small part of your big day.
I have so many plans for Katrina's Bespoke Cakes and I can't wait to see what the future holds for my small business.
About My Cakes
At Katrina's Bespoke Cakes, I know how important your wedding cake is to you. To make sure each of my couples and their cake gets the attention and time they deserve, I take on a limited number of cakes per year. I set myself apart by creating cakes that will wow your guests and also have them raving about the taste for years to come.
Each cake is individually designed by me, Katrina Meggitt. I strive to use the finest quality ingredients, to ensure that each and every cake tastes amazing. All bespoke decorations and sugar flowers are handcrafted to make each cake unique to you. You will receive sketches throughout the design process to help you visualise the final cake. So, no surprises on your wedding day!
My kitchen has a 5-star rating (the highest) from the local council and I have completed Level 2 Hygiene Certificate & Food Allergy Training (FSA Approved). When you order your cake from Katrina’s Bespoke Cakes, you can rest assured you will receive a quality cake that both looks and tastes amazing.
