All of our cakes are baked fresh to order using the finest ingredients to produce our delicious combinations. If you have a flavour in mind that is not on this list, just let me know!
We advise choosing at least two flavours for tiered cakes to give your guests a choice.
All dietary requirements (Vegan, Dairy-free, Gluten-Free) can be catered for, enquire for further details.
Madagascan Vanilla
Delicious vanilla sponge cake, infused with vanilla syrup. Layered with our signature Italian meringue buttercream, and strawberry conserve.
Lemon
Lemon sponge cake, infused with lemon syrup. Layered with our signature Italian meringue buttercream, flavoured with lemon, and lemon curd.
Raspberry and White Chocolate
Vanilla and raspberry sponge cake, layered with our signature Italian meringue buttercream, flavoured with Belgium white chocolate, and a layer of raspberry jam.
Salted Caramel
Indulgent salted caramel sponge cake, layered with vanilla Italian meringue buttercream and delicious gooey homemade salted caramel.
Classic Chocolate
Chocolate sponge cake layered with our signature Italian meringue buttercream, flavoured with Belgium milk chocolate, and filled with a Belgium milk chocolate ganache.
Cherry Bakewell
Almond and Cherry sponge cake, infused with almond syrup. Layered with our signature Italian meringue buttercream and black cherry conserve.
Carrot Cake
Delicately spiced carrot cake, studded with raisins, infused with spiced, orange syrup. Filled with our signature Italian meringue buttercream which has been flavoured with orange.
Pistachio
A pistachio sponge, infused with almond and vanilla syrup. Layered with our signature Italian meringue buttercream, flavoured with pistachio praline, and filled with pistachio butter.
Luxe Fruit Cake
Oak barrel aged brandy-soaked sponge, filled with vine fruits including cherries, dates, sultanas, raisins, and mixed peel. Very Highly recommended by all my couples!
Chocolate Orange
Chocolate sponge cake, flavoured with orange zest. Layered with our signature Italian meringue buttercream which has been flavored with chocolate orange.
Chocolate and Cherry
A chocolate sponge cake, infused with kirsch syrup. Layered with our signature Italian meringue butter, flavoured with dark chocolate ganache, and cherry Jam.
Orange and Almond
Almond sponge cake, infused with almond syrup. Layered with our signature Italian meringue butter, flavoured range blossom, and marmalade.
Ginger and Caramelised White Chocolate
A ginger spiced cake, infused with ginger syrup. Layered with our signature Italian meringue buttercream which has been mixed with caramelised white chocolate.
Prosecco and Elderflower
A vanilla sponge, infused with a prosecco syrup. Layered with our signature Italian meringue buttercream, flavoured with Elderflower, and strawberry jam.
Spiced Cake with Cinnamon Apples
A Lightly spiced sponge cake, infused with a spiced syrup. Layered with our signature Italian meringue buttercream, flavoured with caramel, and filled with cinnamon apple.
Earl Grey
An Earl Grey sponge, infused with Earl Grey syrup. Layered with our signature Italian meringue buttercream, flavoured with Orange caramel, and filled with Earl Grey ganache.
Coconut and Lime
A coconut sponge, infused with lime syrup. Layered with our signature Italian meringue buttercream, flavored with lime, and filled with coconut white chocolate ganache.
Peach and Prosecco
A vanilla sponge, infused with a prosecco syrup. Layered with our signature Italian meringue buttercream, flavoured with prosecco and thyme, and filled with peach compote.
All our cakes consist of 4 layers of sponge sandwiched together with buttercream and filling, making our cakes measure over 6 inches tall. Our fondant-covered cakes are coated in a layer of white chocolate ganache prior to covering them with a very thin layer of premium fondant. Alcohol can be omitted from recipes so please state any dietary requirements at the time of ordering. A list of allergens will be given at the time of ordering and left with the venue at the time of delivery. This can also be requested at any time.
